NANOCELL is an ERC Starting Grant, part of EU's Horizon 2020 initiative and awarded to our group. The project started in January 2020 and will continue until December 2024. NANOCELL aims at utilising the tools of DNA nanotechnology to construct cell-like micro-robots, or artificial cells from the bottom-up. Besides the PI, PhD students Layla Malouf and Diana Tanase, and post-doctoral research associate Josh Johnson are engaged with the project and making great progress. We look forward to sharing our findings with the community in coming months. Stay tuned!
